Keep Kids Healthy by Reading

Researchers have found that reading acutally helps kids loose weight and stay healthy.  A study conducted at Duke Univeristy found that girls age 9 - 13 actually lost weight simply be reading.  Surprisingly girls who read a story about an overweight  depresed girl lost the most weight, but reading anything seemed to help.  Read more about the study here:
